Your treatment is reserved especially for you, and the booking is binding for both you and Kurbad Limfjorden.
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled treatment.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the treatment, 50% of the treatment price will be charged.
Failure to attend, or cancellation after the scheduled start time, will result in the full treatment price being charged.
Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the treatment must be arranged during reception opening hours by calling +45 71 99 25 65.
A cancellation is only valid once it has been confirmed by reception.
Messages sent via Facebook or Instagram, or emails sent outside reception opening hours, are not accepted as cancellations.
We recommend checking in at reception approximately 10 minutes before your treatment, allowing enough time to prepare.
If you arrive late, the treatment may need to be shortened accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
Treatments are assigned regardless of the therapist’s gender. Please let us know well in advance if you have any specific preferences.
Please inform us of any health conditions that may be relevant to your treatment.

We recommend wearing the disposable underwear provided by the spa. Guests must wear underwear throughout the treatment.
We offer wellness massage for pregnant guests.
Please state how many weeks pregnant you are when booking, and consult your doctor regarding pregnancy and wellness massage.
When booking online, you reserve your preferred appointment time. In some cases, we may contact you if the time needs to be adjusted, allowing us to provide the best possible experience and ensure smooth scheduling throughout the spa.
