When you have received a gift card from us, you just have to bring your gift card and give it to
the receptionist at the reception when you arrive.
Therefore, do not buy an entrance ticket online or announce your arrival in advance.

Gift cards purchased through Truestory:

When you have received a gift card from Truestory, you have to bring your gift card and give it to
the receptionist at the reception when you arrive.
Therefore, do not to buy an entrance ticket online. Does the gift card include tapas, please contact
us to let us know as we need to order this in advance.

If you have a gift card and wish to use this on a day at the spa, you simply bring your gift card and give it to the receptionist upon arrival. No booking is required for this.
